Lincoln Nebraska sits on the eastern end of Nebraska on Interstate 80.Lincoln has always had a history of "colorful" cb operators,( ok colorful may not be the politically correct term here, how bout "AGITATOR"). The preferred channel for the locals here is Channel 19 ( 27.185mhz). Why CH 19? Here its easiest to amuse and agaitate drivers.
